I use it in a recipe I cook quite often. I sautee bacon pieces and mushrooms and take those out to drain..i then sautee chicken breast pieces in the bacon fat until done. Add back the bacon and mushrooms, throw in a little cream cheese and some precooked shrimp and a few tablespoons of cream, fresh parsley and garlic and omgggg its sooo good. I also use it in coffee which I've just recently started drinking again..I'm afraid I couldn't part with it haha. Good luck!

Sorry to get OT...have you posted this in the receipe section - or did you find it in the receipe section? If not, I would advice you to post your version - this sounds absolutely DELISH!!!!!!

I buy a lot of meat in bulk - for those on the East Coast near Wegmans, they have great $$ on chicken all the time
bacon - WalMart or Target usually have Oscar Myer for $3 - $3.50 (dh won't eat generic - go figure)
cheese - again, have found Wegmans is awesome - shred & block are usually $2 each
cream cheese
sour cream
iceburg lettuce
baby spinach
cukes
broccoli
green peppers
garlic - real - either cloved or pre-diced - a little $ but worth it not to have to peel all the time
extra virgin olive oil - again, try to buy in bulk so this is a once every couple months purchase
REAL butter

I have become a grocery store advertiser freak - I go online to all my local stores, compare prices & sketch out my weekend run-about for groceries. Amazing what you start doing when your budgeted. Unfortunately, there tend to be few coupons for most of the staple items of LC (at least in my neck of the woods). This is why I catch stuff on sale, stock up & freeze.
